Ingredients
  • 4 servings hare
  • 1 pound mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 ripe tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 onions, finely chooped
  • 2 tbsp. black olives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 glass red wine
  • salt, pepper
Steps

Heat olive oil in pan. Add onion and garlic and saute until golden. Add hare, brown for 2 minutes and smother wth wine. Add tomatoes, olives and a glass of water. Let cook over medium fire for 15 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for 10 more minutes. Serve hot.
